All Full Time Employees at our lodges, regardless of their level, receive paid time off as a reward for service and to allow employees the opportunity for vacation & relaxation, to attend to personal responsibilities & to take time off for illness.
Annual Paid Time Off Levels
- Non-Managerial Employees: 40 hours
- Department Assistant Managers
- Department Managers
- 80 hours years 1-3
- 120 hours thereafter
