Sacramento International Airport (SMF) is the most convenient airport to fly into.  Please remember to fly in before 12pm.  Please see below for arrival days.

If your start date is...

Monday - fly in on Sunday

Tuesday - fly in on Monday

Friday - fly in on Thursday

Saturday - fly in on Friday

Our transportation department will be in contact with you prior to your arrival.

Once you arrive, please proceed to Front Desk and advise them you are a new arriving employee.

Remember you will need two legal forms of valid identification to begin employment.  The most common example is a state issued ID or Driver's License and a social security card or birth certificate.  Remember they must be originals,  not photocopies.  A valid US passport can be used solely.
